I began my career in employee benefits in 2017, starting on the carrier side for two years before transitioning into PEO insurance agencies, where I spent the next six years advising employers across a range of industries. During that time, I gained a deep understanding of how PEO master plans work, including where they add value and where they can limit flexibility, transparency, and long-term cost control for employers.
As I worked with more organizations over time, I saw a recurring challenge during each renewal season. Many employers misunderstood what it meant to be pooled within a PEO master plan and lacked the transparency needed to fully understand the reasoning behind their premium increases.
Today, we help employers explore and strategically evaluate coverage options outside of PEO master plans, often uncovering opportunities for premium savings, greater transparency, and more control over their benefits. We provide full benefits administration and offer the same comprehensive lineup you would expect anywhere, including health insurance, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits.
